Recently awarded bid, this new municipal building will serve as the new home for the City of St. Marys, OH Mayor and city leadership. The 3-story, 25,800 square foot building will be constructed adjacent to the city's historic Grand Opera House on their downtown hub of Spring Street. A second story walkways connector will join the two buildings. The new building will house the consolidated administrative functions of St. Marys, OH and include private offices, public meeting / hearing space, storage, public transaction spaces, and service support spaces.
